What started out as a home brewing inspiration is now an exciting new healthy beverage category we are proud to share with you.

Our first batch of hop water was made with hops grown in our backyard.

Today we partner with a co-op of hop farmers in the Pacific Northwest who grow some of the most flavorful and prized hops in the world.
Our Hops
Did you know there are well over 100 varieties of hops? In our annual selection process, we select hops that have complex citrus and aromatic notes. We believe in brewing from the whole hop and never adding lower cost hop extracts or oils.
We brew small batches using the highest quality Northwest hops. Look for us in select breweries and craft beer retailers.
